Impressive collection of plants! I like the jungle vs. Dutch style and kudos for doing it in a small aquarium. The result is very pleasing on the eye. I would have left out the Vallis nana and concentrated on pruning those background stems but otherwise an excellent effort. Well done. |

Impressionnante collection de plantes ! J'apprécie le mélange de style jungle et hollandais et bravo pour l'avoir fait dans un petit aquarium. Le résultat est très agréable à l'oeil. J'aurais laissé proliférer la vallisneria nana et me serais concentré sur la taille des plantes à tiges de l'arrière plan. En dehors de ça, c'est un bel effort. Bien joué. |

Here is a nice tank, almost a "dutch style one". And when the technical know how is totally controlled, that's the result. Moreover, this one is made in a 63 liters tank, which is small. Discovering this tank, you feel a very "depth" sensation with a luxury plantation. It's a very good performance. Fishes, shrimps and plants are healthy. I just note the dirty back glass (chalky traces on it), especialy when I'm sure the aquascaper would have easily solved this minor problem. Maybe a few plants would have deserved to be a bit "gardened" to help the outline of the stones. This would have enforced the volume sensation. Anyway, a very good job on this tank. |

Voilà un beau bac, limite hollandais. Et voilà, lorsqu'il est complètement maîtrisé, à quoi cela peut ressembler. Le résultat est excellent. D'autant qu'il faut retenir que la cuve ne fait que 63 litres. On a pourtant une impression de profondeur et de végétation foisonnante illimitée. C'est une très bonne performance.
Les poissons, les crustacés et les végétaux sont en bonne santé.
On regrettera le fond pas très propre (traces de calcaire sur la vitre arrière), d'autant qu'il est certain que l'auteur est largement capable de résoudre ce genre de problème mineur. Peut-être certaines plantes auraient méritées d'être un peu élaguées, avant de mieux souligner les contours des éléments rocheux notamment. L'aquarium aurait gagné en volume.
Il s'agit quand même d'un beau bac. |
