You wanted to create islands of plants and you missed your try. The problem is that in such a small volume, as soon as you have one uncontrolled element, you see it at first sight. The surface with the mess and the bacterial film is very ugly. A lot of suspended solids in this tank. Is it a really green one ? I'd like to know more about it. The E. tennellus is not healthy at all, bad odd for the future. A nano tank for a beta splendens is a very good idea. But in the CAPA, it would have been a good idea to choose a healthy one, with healthy fins and from a pretty origin (crowntail, plakat, butterfly, or so) instead of such a "normal" one, don't you think ? Let's say that this fish will love to improve his diner with shrimps. If an adult "green" is too big to bother, I wouldn't bet on a juvenile. I'm not sure your population will increase and develop. |

Une tentative de créer des îlots de plantes qui malheureusement n'est pas couronnée de succès. Le problème d'un petit volume est que si un seul élément n'est pas maîtrisé, il se voit de suite ! Ainsi, la surface avec ces morceaux de végétaux et ce film bactérien n'est pas jolie du tout. Beaucoup d'éléments en suspensions d'ailleurs dans cet aquarium. Vient-il juste d'être installé ? On aimerait en savoir un peu plus.
Le tenellus n'est pas en forme du tout, mauvais signe pour son avenir !
Un nano-bac pour un Betta splendens, voilà une bonne idée. Mais dans le cadre d'un concours, n'aurait-il pas été judicieux de choisir un spécimen en pleine santé, nageoires déployées et si possible d'une jolie forme ("crowntail", "plakat", "papillon", etc.) plutôt qu'un sujet comme celui-ci, somme toute banal ?
Soulignons également que ce poisson n'hésite pas à ajouter à son menu divers invertébrés, mollusques et... crustacés. Si une crevette "green" adulte peut ne pas être importunée, je ne parierais pas autant sur une juvénile, qu'elle soit toute petite ou au moment de la mue. Il n'est donc pas certain que votre population se renouvelle dans le temps. |
